Asheville Music and Art is a family owned music store, music school and events venue. We offer a wide variety of instruments, lessons,  music books, sheet music, music gifts, local art and jewelry. We are also a dealer for MOOG products. On December 12th, we will be having various Asheville professional musicians and music teachers perform live music including Christmas selections in our performace space. Performers will include; Brian Turner, David Foster, TC Robertson String Orchestra, Vance Reese, Kim Roney, Sarah Zentner, Hans and Lula Meulenberg and others.

For Shop West Asheville day we will be offering a special of 10% off all music gifts and guitars.  Plus for every guitar purchase one may sign up for a free lesson. For the gift basket raffle, Asheville Music and Art is donating an assortment of music gifts, accessories, and rhythm instruments.

12:00 David Foster (organist at First Baptist Church, downtown) plays piano selections

12:30 Brian Turner (recording artist, composer, pianist, teacher) plays selections from his new CD

1:00 – 2:00 TC Roberson High School String Orchestra, Paul Zinke, teacher (teaches in our store)

2:00 Kimberly Cann (pianist, teacher) and Aaron Brown (bassist)

2:30 Vance Reece (pianist, bassist, teacher) plays piano

3:00 Kim Roney (pianist, teacher) plays piano

3:30 Sarah Zentner (pianist, teacher) plays piano selections

4:00 Bill Davis (harmonica player, teacher in our store)

4:30 Lee Thomas (vocalist, Music Director at Trinity United Methodist Church on Haywood Road, Choral Director at Carolina Day School) sings vocal selections

5:00 – 7:00 Asheville Music and Art’s owners perform a variety of Christmas songs and hosts a Sing-along
